1. Introduction
DhuLife is committed to protecting the privacy of every user. This Privacy Policy explains how Dhumall, as the operator of the DhuLife application, collects, uses, stores, and protects the information you provide when using our services. This policy is effective as of May 20, 2026.
2. Data We Collect
We may collect identity data such as your name, email address, username, and phone number. To support health tracking features, we may also process health data such as blood pressure, blood sugar, body weight, heart rate, and physical activity. In addition, we may store health profile information such as gender, date of birth, height, and activity level.
If you use the Healthy Shop feature, we may also process transaction data such as order information and shipping addresses. On your device, we may store an FCM token to send push notifications relevant to the service.
3. How We Use Data
Data is used to provide and operate health tracking features, calculate health scores, present health insights, send reminders and notifications, process Healthy Shop orders, and improve the overall quality of the DhuLife service and user experience.
4. Third Parties That Receive Data
To the extent necessary to operate the service, certain data may be processed by third parties. Google Firebase is used for push notifications and crash monitoring. The DhuMall B2C Platform is used for order processing and e-commerce needs. The DhuLife API is used for storing and processing health data that supports the application services.
5. Data Security
We apply reasonable safeguards to help protect user data. All connections to our services use HTTPS. Authentication tokens are stored in encrypted form on the device. User PINs are never sent to the server as part of the processes described in this policy.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time either by contacting info@dhumall.com or by deleting your account through the DhuLife app, where available.
7. User Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data in accordance with applicable requirements. You may also withdraw consent at any time and request account deletion together with related data, subject to any legal or operational obligations that still apply.
To delete your account and all associated data, you may send a request to info@dhumall.com using the subject line Account Deletion Request. You may also delete your account directly through the DhuLife app if that option is available in your app version.
Account Deletion
To request deletion of your DhuLife account and associated data, you may:
- Send an email to info@dhumall.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request, or
- Use the account deletion option in the DhuLife app settings, if available in your app version.
Upon receiving your request, we will process the deletion within 14 business days.
Data that will be deleted
- Personal profile, including name, email, username, and phone number
- Health data, including blood pressure, blood sugar, body weight, heart rate, and activity records
- Health profile, including gender, date of birth, height, and activity level
- Daily goals and task history
- Push notification tokens
Data that may be retained
- Transaction and order history may be retained for up to 5 years for legal, tax, and accounting compliance purposes.
- Anonymised or aggregated data that cannot identify you individually may be retained for service improvement purposes.
8. Children’s Data
The DhuLife application is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age.
9. Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If there are material changes, users will be notified through available channels. The last updated date on this page will always be revised so you can identify the current version of the policy.
